Caren brings over two decades of diverse expertise to her role, driving sustainable growth across fields like democracy, human rights, governance, economic development, and technology and innovation. Armed with a solid academic foundation and enriched by participation in prestigious accelerator programs, Caren possesses a unique skill set in business development, project management, and community development. At Caryle Enterprises, she leads a waste-to-value initiative focusing on circular pathways, aiming to minimize the impact of climate change through waste elimination and nature regeneration. Under her visionary leadership, two impactful circular innovations have emerged: 'Dignify Her,' addressing menstrual health challenges by upcycling textile waste, and 'Urban Organic Food,' recycling agricultural waste into organic fertilizer for sustainable farming. Caren's commitment, rooted in her childhood experiences in Kisumu city's slums, is reflected in the organization's mission to eliminate waste and pollution. With a profound connection to the community, she envisions a future where everyone thrives in an inclusive and environmentally sustainable society.

Her in-depth understanding of the interconnectedness between education, agriculture, health, and socio-economic development positions her as a versatile and insightful leader. She is a seasoned professional with a strong track record in resolving complex disputes, employing alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as negotiation, mediation, and arbitration. Her strategic advisory role extends to collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including local communities, government officials, civil society organizations, and private sector partners. Olivia is well-versed in conducting compliance reviews, identifying potential risks, and developing mitigation strategies. Her extensive experience includes stakeholder consultations, evidence gathering, and producing high-quality reports that offer actionable recommendations for improvement.
