HOW IT WORKS
Behind every product we make is a problem we refuse to ignore. In Kenya, thousands of tons of textile waste are discarded every year, polluting landfills, drainage systems, and water sources, while millions of girls and women continue to struggle with period poverty and limited access to affordable menstrual products. At Caryle, we believe these challenges are connected, and so are the solutions. By transforming discarded textiles into reusable sanitary pads, washable diapers, and upcycled lifestyle products, we are creating a continuous cycle that reduces waste, restores dignity, supports livelihoods, and gives materials that were once thrown away a second life with purpose.
The loop closes here.
Four steps. One continuous circle. Every piece of textile rescued, every product sold, every kit delivered keeps the loop in motion.
01 · Collect
Rescue the fabric.
We partner with tailors, garment producers, and local communities to collect textile waste that would otherwise pollute landfills.
02 · Transform
Make by hand.
Skilled artisans in our Kisumu workshop wash, cut, and sew the rescued fabric into reusable pads, washable diapers, and lifestyle products.
03 · Sell
Carry the story.
EcoReFab products are sold to consumers around the world. DignifyHer kits and EcoCare packs are supplied to NGOs, schools, and institutions in Kenya.
04 · Restore
Fund the dignity.
Every sale funds livelihoods for the women who make our products and DignifyHer kits for girls who would otherwise miss school.
